Peter Thomas Roth Power C Eye Complex is a light, vitamin rich soufflé creme formulated to restore skin elasticity and tone while protecting the skin from further damage from the sun, wind, pollutants and other environmental stressors. Contains rich emollients and humectants (such as Beeswax,) essential oils (Jojoba, Sunflower), vitamins C and E and soothing Allantoin and Aloe Vera. This formulation is suggested for dry, fragile skin types, and for those who may be sensitive to other forms of topical vitamin C.
